p3TP-lux reporter - (Mar/13/2006 )

Hello everyone

I need just a little bit of help regarding some information for the reporter plasmid p3TP-lux. I cannot find anywhere any information of the map of this construct. It's a TGF-beta reporter plasmid, but I would like to know how can I check the DNA after mini-prep preparation.
