Anybody knows the formula of N2? - (Mar/10/2006 )

Hi,
I checked N2 supplement online from Gibco, stemcell biotech, R&D.. It seems that they don't reveal the contents of N2.
Anyone knows the formula of N2? I just want to know what supplement I am adding into the medium.

Hi. The original paper of N2 supplement is
Bottenstein and Sato. PNAS. 76, 514-517 (1979).
5ug/ml insulin, 100ug/ml transferrin, 20nM progesteron, 100uM putrescine, 30nM selenium.
