Viruses as coating Ags - (Mar/08/2006 )

Hi .
Any clues on using whole viruses as the coating Ag for an indirect ELISA? Concentrations, buffers etc?

With a high-binding ELISA plate I would have thought the PBS, carbonate or phosphate buffers commonly used in ELISAs would work with irradiated virus. Why not test all 3 buffers and see which works best in your assay with a positive control antibody?
