DNA amplification for ChIP-on-chip - (Mar/08/2006 )

Hi all!

I'm just about to begin with ChIP-on-chip analysis and of course I have a lot of questions because of that
Since one usually doen't get so much DNA out of a normal ChIP, I search for robust protocols for the amplification of the DNA, in order to use it for an array afterwards.

Does anyone of you has some experience?
