Choice of colour of secondary antibody for IHC - (Mar/08/2006 )

Hi,

I'm having problems with the usual brown/red colours from my HRP/AP secondaries in paraffin embedded tissue sections, as am also trying to visualise another red-ish/brown reagent. Are there other (non-fluorescent) colours I could use?

Will try BCIP and Fast Red to compare with my AEC. If those don't work, at least I can refer to that table for more ideas!
