problem in trasfection with HepG2 - (Mar/08/2006 )
Hi everybody!
I've got "some"problems with my HepG2 cells and transfection methods...they -the cells- do not want to insert my plasmids! i tried with metafectene (it is the same that lipofectamine), with CaPi in several conditions...so that i really don't know how to do now...
another question...could anyone know why some of my cell stocks (in DMSO and stored in liquid N2) dye when i thaw them?
thanks a lot
