How to find transcription start site? - (Mar/08/2006 )

Dear all,

I have the genomic sequences of genes. How can I find the transcription start site, promoter and transcription factor binding sites?

Perform a GOOGLE search and you'll get plenty of leads. However, I've tried most of them and not a single one has been of any use. If the promoter isn't a completely new clone then a literature search is the only real way to find the sites.
