design spesific primer of avr, hrp, toxin and falgella gene - (Mar/01/2006 )

We don't know what you're attempting to do with this primer. In general, I recommend people to design their primers with the program PRIMER3, developed at Whitehead. Google for it.

Oh ya...i'm sorry, i want to study about the phylogeny (taxonomy) of Plant pathogen bacteria based on the avr, hrp, flagella and toxic gen. Actually i still confuse about how to make a spesific primer of that genes. I'm new in biotechnology, so i still so far away from understand to biotechnology. Thank you very much for your help......
