Neural progenitor markers - (Feb/27/2006 )

Hi! I´m trying to differentiated stem cells isolated from the bone marrow in neurons. I´m using nestin and sox2 like progenitor markers but my cells express them basally. Could anybody tell my if there is any other specific marker?

The same procedure used in this lab may help you brain-storm on a possible solution. I actually had a similar problem - although, I'm an undergrad neuro-research assistant.
