immunofluoresence in the kidney - (Apr/18/2001 )

Can anybody offer advice on how to reduce/block autofluoresence seen in the proximal tubules in kidney?

try preblocking the section with 10 % goat serum 2 % fetal bovine serum (made up in 0.1 M PBS) for 45-60 minutes room temperature.
