primer design tools - primer designing (May/08/2002 )
If its a known gene you may a chance in finding the published primers inthese sites
http://web.ncifcrf.gov/rtp/gel/primerdb/
http://pga.mgh.harvard.edu/primerbank/
autosearch using primer5,then choose the ones of high volume, then to analyze in OLIGO, then you will get what you want.
Use BioInfoMan at http://www.bioinfoman.com/ to design sequencing and PCR primers automatically.
Kawaka
I found one at http://bioinfoman.com/bm/. It is the best primer design tool I have tried and it is free.
I just came across an allele-specific primer design tool called WASP which is integrated to Human Genome database.

I rather use Primer Express o Primer3 when designing oligonucleotides, but always run Oligo Analizer (http://eu.idtdna.com/analyzer/Applications/OligoAnalyzer/) when I wanna be sure about their structure
what are all the tools used to design a primer
i have down loaded related databases from nlm.nih site
and i want to design primer.
thank u in advance
Write your own script or ask somebody else to is simplest way.
SmartNote is a free online lab notebook which contains many sequence analysis tools, including Primer3 and PrimerX, and also allows you to easily run them in batch. Check it out:
