Can somebody help me with detailed information about counting and sizing cells?
I would like to count the adipose cells in adipose tissue of rats and also to determine their size.
I heard about the possibility to do a osmiumtetroxide fixation and to count by coulter counter.
Has somebody experience, or better suggestions?
