Na2EDTA intead of EDTA - (Feb/20/2006 )

Dear fellows
can I used Na2EDTA instead of simple EDTA to make TE and TAE buffer

of course. EDTA in pwqder is provided as Na2 EDTA...

Just remember you will need to adjust the amount you add due to the higher molecular weight of the disodium EDTA
