i need any information on protoplast transformation and protoplast hybrids.any article will be usefull.

I've done a lot of protoplast transformations in fungi and the literature I've seen on plant protoplast transformations are very similar. Preparation of protoplast may be different, but a common mode of transformation is PEG mediated.

...my 2 cents. Unfortunately, I can't recommend any specific protocols.
