cell death after subculture - (Feb/14/2006 )

hi,

i've got quite extensive cell death after the subcultures. It wasn't this serious when its passage no. is low. could this be the reason?

Any other possibilities?

Check ur medium pH and Serum level...

my cell line is AtT20. Attach pituatary cells.

i subcultured it when it reach 100% confluency. I have to admit it was slightly over-grown, but i wash with pbs twice before i subcultured.
