superoxide production & PMA - (Feb/06/2006 )

I want to measure superoxide production in human neutrophils using the cytochrome c reduction assay. I'm looking for a positive control and I was wandering if I can use PMA. I'd like to hear some ideas.

You can use PMA 100-200 nM, ensure the response is SOD-inhibitable.
