Size exclusion spin columns for oligo purification ... - (Feb/06/2006 )

Hi,
I would like to separate oligos of different sizes using spin columns (not gel purification).
The oligo I would like to get rid of is 18nt in size, whereas the oligo I would like to purify is > 36nt in size.

Any experiences / suggestions?

Roche has some nice spin columns. I have used them to purify riboprobes from free nucleotides. They may have something for you.
