ridiculous problem - protein purification (Feb/03/2006 )

Hi everyone,

It is completely ridiculous but I have induced my BL21 cells to express my protein and now I need to harvest the cells, but the flasks for centrifuging seem to have disapeared so I do not know what to do with my cells until I can get these flasks, hopefully very soon. I put them in the cold room but maybe it is not good for them. Help me!

I have found the flasks!!! At last!!!
Someone took the liberty to use them without put them back, Rrrr

Hope that this problem has not disrupted my proteins.
