Good evening, do you know how to determine the ploidy of a plant specis? do you have some experiences ? How Can determine the ploidy when I know the chromosome number of a plant?

Doing a suqsh of a root tip and counting the chromosomes will be the best way of determining the ploidy, however for this you will need to be able to identify the chromosomes and count each one.
