Pituitary cell culture - (Jun/26/2001 )

I would like to grow somatotrophes obtained from pituitary tumours. Does anybody have any experience in this field? I would be extremely grateful to know what media/supplements are used. Thanks. David Millar

Hi, I am doing some experiments of cell culture to detect components of antitumor activity from bufo. I feel you can try RPMI-1640, a general media to culture tumor cell.
