Hello everyone,

I would like to know if anyone had experience with microarray assay in a sheep model.
I am looking for similarities between human and sheep genomes before spend money in a microarray tests that I need to evaluate the feasibility of a test but I dont know how to find them.

Well, I am not sure if I understand your question, but if you want to know if there is such a thing as a microarray platform for the sheep genome I can direct you towards NimbleGen. Their motto is "Yes, we said ANY genome" They have a maskless array synthesis technology that makes it very easy and affordable to design any array you want. Their web-page is www.nimblegen.com. Check them out
I hope this helps
