how to recognize destination vector in vector NTI - (Jan/23/2006 )

I´m trying to perform a LR rection for the gateway cloning system. How can I put my destination vector (pUCSPYCE) in the vector NTI 10 software so that it is recognized as such a vector and I can perform the LR?

I found that I put my destination vector (pMDC107) in as a new molecule then turned it into a destination vector using the 'create a novel destination vector' function under gateway cloning option. I then had to manually modify the sequence slightly to match my original.

It's a little bit tedious to do it like this but the new molecule did function in LR reactions perfectly.
