F4/80 - (Jan/19/2006 )

Does anyone have a protocol using F4/80 antibody from Serotec (MCA497GA), that they now works and wouldn't mind sharing? I am using FFPE sections.

i have used this antibody from Serotec. 1:5 dilution is the best condition. before primary antibody, you need antigen retrival (RT, 10 min, trypsin, same concentration with cell passage) and permeabilization (PBS, containing 0.3% Triton X-100, RT, 2h).
