hi all,
i'm following a life science cource at university. I'm looking for books about this subject with the contents such as questions and answers or multiple choices, etc. Because i often have many exams concerning about isolation, PCR, purification, designing primers and so on, so i would like to have some books with lots of questions inside and the answers for them as well.
Plz give me some advice, thnxxxx a lot

I think we should get our concepts about these techniques cryatal clear then we can solve the problems in less time and we don't need to solve too many same type of problems.
Afteral i'm not a university student yet...so hope u can guide me better...
