Some questions about peptide coating. - (Jan/09/2006 )

Hi!

I want to coat the 96 well plate with some peptides, all of them are about 20aa.

And I always use BSA and PBS for blocking.

I wondering whether the BSA(about 600aa) will block these small peptides(about 20aa) to recognize my samples?

If u wanna coat ur peptides use 0.1M Carbonate buffer.
It works well.

As for blocking I have been using 5%BSA in PBS.
