Spin column for purification of oligonucleotides - (Jan/09/2006 )

Hi,

I am currently trying spin column purification to purify oligonucleotides based on size, specifically I would like to purify >100 mer from 60-70 mer. I have tried variety of spin columns, many are sephadex or sephacryl columns from Amersham, but have not been successful. Does anyone know of any other spin columns I could try for oligonucleotides? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't you go for gelpurification? that would be much easier in your case I think
