Enzyme Restriction - (Dec/26/2005 )

Hello,

I am looking for some kind of program that can help me locate the enzyme in DNA Sequence.

Does anyone know where i can find an open source code in c, c++, perl or any other programs?

My prefered one is call pdraw32. Can do more things than just enzyme restriction, especially for a beautiful presentation of a vector. Its free on web.
