Hi please can anyone tell me compositon of minimum essential media and other reagents used used during preparation of media for revival of mcf7 and a375s2 human cell lines ? (i'm using gibco product)

Just use the growth medium required by the cell line without/with antibiotics. If you don't know what growth medium the cells need, check with the source of the cells such as ATCC.
