Difference between Random & Arbitrary Primers - What is it? (Dec/14/2005 )

I would guess:
Random primers often refers to a method called RAPD-PCR, (random amplified polymorfic something-PCR), where a single random 10-mer primer is used.
Arbitrary is probably most other non-specific primers.
