My Professor has asked me to give my Msc students next week a molecular biology experiment from the internet, any ideas to help me? thanks

I think that my Professor wanted my Msc students go throw the internet and find the latest molecular bilology techniques or explanations for thier trouble shooting during the course in molecular biology techniques.

"Molecular Biology" is a very broad topic -- we can help you, but you've got to define what you're looking for a bit more tightly.

Will this be a real experiment (actually performed) or a written experiment ("First, I would do this...")?

If it's really going to be performed, what equipment and reagents do you have available to you?

Can you narrow down a bit what aspect of molecular biology you'd like the experiment to foucus on? Recovery of DNA? Restriction digests? Cloning? Sequencing? Protein recovery? Enzymatic assay? Transduction/conjugation/electroporation? Electrophoresis (aragose or SDS-PAGE)? etc...
