how to isolate T cell and DC in the same sample? - (Dec/07/2005 )
i want to isolate T cell and dendritic cell in the same sample and then use them doing mixed lymphocyte reaction between samples crossedly.did anyone give me some advices and protocol?thanks

Here is my suggestion:
You may isolate PBMC first, then you can treat cell suspension with magnetic beads (try Miltenyi) to target DC (by positive selection). Then, the DC-depleted suspension could be treated with beads targeting T cells (by positive selection also).Alternatively, you can label your cell suspension with monoclonal antibodies and sort then in a BD FACSAria, for example. But the first is more affordable!!
