Protein sequence comparison report - (Dec/02/2005 )

Hello all,
Sequencher gives a comparison report between 2 DNA sequences and lists the positions along with the specific base differences. It also gives the total number of differences identified in the report.
I want a similar comparison report between 2 protein sequences. Can anyone refer me to such a software??
