Picking stable clones by RT-PCR.. - (Nov/30/2005 )

Is there any protocol for RT-PCR that using intact cells as a template, without RNA isolation.

Don't know if it's good, but you need to be damn sure your DNA is really digested 100%, or you should have an intron in there...
