Collagen solution for coating: do you freeze it? - 4 mg/ml Biochrom AG ready solution (Nov/16/2005 )

Hi,

I just have got a 400 mg of collagen in solution, and for my experiment i need only 50 ug.
My question is, whether it is possible to freeze it in little aliquots, as I have heared, that it contamines very rapidly.
