problems with Ghost cells - (Nov/10/2005 )

I´m working with Ghost R3-X4-R5 and Ghost HI-5 human cells, and I have to performer the electroporation of these cells, but I don´t Know what kind of cells they are.....
If anyone have any information about these cells and the electroporation parameters, please, answer me.....

For more info on these cells: www.aidsreagent.org. They are derived from HOS cells on which you can probably find more info.
