STRIPPING BUFFER? - how to make good STRIPPING BUFFER? (Nov/09/2005 )
Could you tell me how to make very good stripping buffer solution for western blot??
i have used 0.2M NaOH but it seems not working. PLEASE HELP ME~

Stripping solution:
100 mM 2 Mercaptoethanol: 104 ul of 14.2 M solution
2% SDS: 20 mls of 10%
62.5 mM Tris Hcl (pH 6.8): 6.25 ml of 1M Tris
qs to 100 ml with ddH20
Strip at 60 for 30 mins or 70 for 15 mis
