TA-Cloning - molecular biology (Jul/20/2002 )

Which TA-Clonig Kit ist the best?
I use the pGEMTeasy Kit from Promega, but I hope there´s a better one?
Please tell me ...

I always use TA cloning kits from Invitrogen which is the company first sold TA kit. Quality is very stable, never failed. I especially like their 5min ligation TA kit.

I also used TA expressioin kit from Lifetech which was also good.

I have never had any trouble with pgem t kit. Just stuff a load of pcr product in and leave on the bench for 15 mins, transform and I always get loads of colonies.
