Nuclear translocation - nuclear transport of proteins without NLS (Oct/22/2005 )

Hi
My protein does not have a NLS signal, but i find it in the nucleus both by western and immunocytochemistry.
Can anybody please tell me how do proteins without NLS get translocated. If possible some cited literature would be of really great help. Thanks

2 possibilities- your protein is small (<30 kDa) or complex with a nuclear protein with NLS.
