DNA sequencing kit - USB T7sequencing kit (Oct/18/2005 )

Hi All
I have to run a sequencing reaction with the same primer iI have used to do my primer extension reactions. I was thinking about using the T7sequencing kit from USB. Has anyone used it before. Did anyone have experience with sequencing or have recommendations for other kits. Please help.waiting for reply.

I was talking about the sequenase version 2.0 DNA sequencing kit...if anyone here have used it before..please share pros and cons of the kit if possible..or if any other kit used ...thanks

I assume that you are doing this radioactively. If so then the USB kit will be fine. If you want to avoid using radioactivity than you might want to have a look at an old paper of mine. It works well and is all non radioactive.
