PCR of AmpR gene - PCR of Amp gene (Oct/11/2005 )

Hi I would like to PCR the ampR cassette including its promoter out of puc19. But I cannot identify the promoter. Can anybody help??

You should include these regions. The sequence of pUC19 that I've got is availabe in NEB site.

2535-2530 bla promoter -10 sequence (GAGACA)
2556-2551 bla promoter -35 sequence (TTCAAA)
