where can I find protocols for nucleus staining? - (Oct/06/2005 )

I am about to stain Hela cell nucleus to see the localization of a protein of interest. But I don't know where I can find the protocols.

anybody knows? thanks

do you need just a nuclear stain, separate from or in conjunction with your POI stain?

we use 'vectashield' mounting medium with DAPI; after going through all the steps of you IF protocol, just like any other mounting medium you add one drop; all the nuclei are stained and your slide has been mounted properly

btw, we use this on primary keratinocytes so should work for HeLa, too?
