Dnmt1 antibody - (Oct/05/2005 )

Hi everybody,

does anybody know a good antibody against Dnmt1? I would need it for cell extracts, which do not overexpress Dnmt1. Has anybody good results with the NEB antibody? And which dilutions do you use?

www.abcam.org give adds for the antibodies like dilutions. Just type Dnmt1 in the search field and you'll gonna be with a list of antibodies raised against different epitopes and dilutions recommended for.
