VEGF ELISA - (Oct/05/2005 )

I need help optimizing my ELISA. I have tried increasing the concentration of my coating Ab to 5mic/ml and I still have no signal. I am trying to measure this protein in plasma. Should I try using tissue samples instead?

Could you give a bit more detail about what you are currently doing?

Is it a sandwich ELISA?

If so what is the Capture Ab (species) and what is the detection Ab? What are you using to develop a signal? Are they commercial antibodies or in house antibodies?

What buffers are you using to coat, block and dilute?
