Lymphocyte Differentiation and Antibiotics - (Aug/25/2009 )

Hi all,
I'm going to differentiate human lymphocyte but I have no experience with these type of experiments.
So I'd like to know if there are any problem in adding antibiotics to the differentiation medium.
