Immunohistchemistry of red blood cells - (Aug/21/2009 )

Does anyone know how to fix RBCs on a glass slide and then do imminohistochemistry?

smear them out by scraping with another slide. Allow to attach fro a couple of minutes, then fix in ice cold acetone or methanol.
