in vitro siRNA - wich is the best company for a siRNA for in vitro assay? (Aug/03/2009 )

I´ll buy a siRNA for in vitro assay, and have doubts about the right brand...
Has anyone used siRNA for Akt1? Has it worked out?

Hi! So you have experience with the pSingle-tTS-shRNA from Clontech?
I am looking for an inducible system to use and I was thinking about this one. Do you think it is a good choice?
But it is really expensive!!! They are asking me about 1500 euros to get it! Is that normal?!
