pancreas RNA gel run consult - (Jul/17/2009 )

Hi,

I am a PhD student and I am having lots of problem to yield good quality RNA from rat pancreas. Can anyone tell me whether this gel run is acceptable? Please refer to photo attached.

Sorry but your samples are not acceptable There is a lot of degradation there.
