Best & Most Popular Kits - for lysis, extraction, etc... (Jul/08/2009 )

Hey, everyone! I'm curious as to what the most popular and / or best kits are for cell lysis, DNA / RNA / Protein extraction, etc. What kits do you use?

For me that are the cheap ones and bargain offers, have no real favourites....

We tend to stick with Qiagen for pure culture stuff and MoBio for environmental. I've tried other things when I've gotten a deal but not been too thrilled.
