transcription - quality of DNA (Jul/08/2009 )

HI ALL,

IF anyone can suggest me the protocol for obtaining highly purified DNA sample for transcription and transcription protocol as well
I am using Nucleobond Kit protocol for plasmid DNA preparation, and for transcription, i used linearized fragment post-elution from the agarose gel. If anyone has suggestions. Please write about it

The best way to get highly purified DNA samples is by using a Column witch you are doing.
For a protocol go to the protocol tab on the top and write transcription see what you get.
