THP-1 cell culture - (Jun/29/2009 )

Hi,everyone,

I induced THP-1 cell with PMA for serveral month but recently there is something wrong recently. After I add PMA 48h, most of the THP-1 cells were adherent, but when I change the medium. the cells became little and floated? Does anyone experienced with THP-1 cell culture can help me to explain the reason? Thanks a lot.
